Rachel Ramsey’s love for food began long before her first professional kitchen. As a child, she and her father explored spices, cured meats, and the magic of simple ingredients transformed with care. What started as a shared curiosity became a lifelong calling.

That passion guided a 15-year journey through the heart of hospitality, where Rachel built her career as an Executive Chef, General Manager, and HR Director. Her experience spans renowned organizations such as Sodexo, Major Food Group, and Virgin Atlantic, giving her an uncommon perspective that bridges operations, leadership, and people strategy.
